At Selloumi, every plant is produced with care and is grown to thrive. We want you to feel confident when bringing our plants into your home, which is why we offer a 3-month Plant Warranty on all our greenery.

Warranty Coverage

  • If your plant shows issues caused before delivery (e.g. diseases, faulty delivery), we will immediately replace it or issue equivalent store credit.
  • The warranty is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

What’s Not Covered

  • Plant stress or decline due to improper care (e.g., incorrect watering, unsuitable light conditions, repotting damage).
  • Natural variations in leaf color, size, or shape — every plant is unique!
  • Damage after delivery (e.g., broken stems, pets nibbling).

How to Request a Return or Replacement

  1. Contact us within the 3-month warranty period.
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the plant.
  3. Our team will review your case and arrange a replacement or store credit if the issue qualifies.
