Welcome to Selloumi! By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Products & Availability

  • All plants are live, natural products — variations in size, color, shape and growth are expected.  
  • We aim to keep our catalogue up-to-date, but availability may change due to seasonality or stock levels. 

2. Orders & Payment

  • Your order is confirmed once full payment has been received.
  • We accept the payment methods listed at checkout.
  • Prices and shipping costs shown at the time of ordering apply to that order; however, we reserve the right to change prices for future orders.  

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We dispatch plants with care to ensure healthy arrival (for faulty delivery, see Section 5). 
  • The delivery times indicated are estimates; unforeseen delays (e.g., courier issues, weather) may occur.
  • It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery details and be available to receive the plants.  

4. Returns & Refunds

  • At Selloumi, we offer a 3-month Plant Warranty (see Section 5) for issues caused prior to delivery.
  • Returns or refunds for issues related to customer care (light, watering, repotting, pets) are not covered (see Returns and Refunds Policy).

6. Care Responsibility

  • It is our duty to deliver your plants in perfect condition. Post-delivery ongoing care (light, watering, environment, etc.) is your responsibility. 
  • We are here to help you through the process; however, results may vary depending on individual conditions.

7. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (such as loss of plant due to unsuitable care, neglect, or environmental factors) beyond what is stated in our warranty.  

8. Pet Safety Disclaimer

Many of our plants may be toxic to pets if ingested. All our pet-friendly plants are listed on our website. It is your responsibility to ensure placement in a pet-safe environment for plants not explicitly listed under the pet-friendly section.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our site or purchase of products constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
